Three Is the Magic Number

Today was a special day at the Pattillo house as we celebrated Benjamin’s third birthday. In typical birthday fashion,
our day was full of traditional festivities.

There were party hats,

a birthday meal,

and presents…

lots and lots of presents.

Next came a colorful train cake,

which was made all the better with ice cream.

Then was the abandonment of the cake and ice cream…

to play,

construct,

and play some more.

At this late hour our little boy is still going strong and enjoying his big day.

As for Tim and me, we are feeling so grateful to share our lives with Benjamin Felix, our thoughtful, talkative, entertaining, lovable, practically perfect three year old son.
